Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 24 hours notice should you wish to cancel an appointment as a courtesy to the therapist and other clients.

Giving this notice will enable us to reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time.

Failure to give at least 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the treatment or value of a voucher.
​
A no show will be charged 100% of the treatment or voucher. All bookings are non refundable although transferable.

Lateness Policy
Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your treatment if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame.
All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 100% of the service scheduled.
