Well, let me take you back to how I started my career, training at the award-winning spa at The Fairmont St Andrews.
Fresh out of Dundee College with my HND in Beauty Therapy, I was very fortunate to secure a position at The Fairmont. I think I learned almost as much in my first week at The Fairmont than I did in three years at college! From greeting guests by name as they approach the reception desk to choosing footwear that minimises noise, the inside secrets of five star service were a revelation.
