Our team will greet you in our tastefully decorated reception area
which is scented with our house blend of aromatherapy oils.
Our receptionist will take your details and escort you to one of our
beautiful treatment rooms. Warm, fluffy towels, soft lighting and
flickering candles will help you relax and forget the outside world.

Your therapist will introduce themselves, discuss any special needs
you may have and explain the treatment they will provide.
Your therapist will respect your wish to stay silent,
or happily chat as they provide your treatment.
Once the treatment is complete, we’ll give you time to gather your thoughts
and get ready to re-emerge into the world, feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Here’s how it happens:
Once you are settled and comfortable in our therapy room we will begin with a sea pine steam inhalation which has been selected for its healing soothing properties. It is a well-known anti-inflammatory with a fantastic aroma that helps manage stress and anxiety.

The Melon Daiquiri Back Cleanse will intoxicate your senses. Using our innovative formula we will work to cleanse, nourish and rejuvenate your skin.
​
Next our Coconut and Sea salt back scrub will soften skin as it exfoliates and unclogs pores preventing dryness and leaving your body glowing.
​
Following this with our comforting Marine Steam Mud Mask Massage will purify and calm the skin whilst soothing away tension.

Our Aromatherapy Associates Revive leg massage will energise you with its stimulating juniper berries, refreshing rosemary and zesty grapefruit. This invigorating massage will leave you with a spring in your step!

With your body now feeling fantastic there’s no better way than to finish with a skin-quenching ice globe facial massage. Ice globes cooling features help to brighten and tighten the skin whilst reducing puffiness. They reduce the appearance of pores and encourage elastin and collagen production.
